You
can order on our secure Shopping Cart, by fax, mail or
our toll-free telephone order desk.
To use the shopping cart, add items desired to your cart
as you navigate our sight. Quantities of items can be
modified in the cart. Discounts on larger quantities of
bulk herbs (quarter, half and whole pounds) will automatically
be calculated for you. To "check out" follow
instructions provided.

We never sell or give our customer mailing list to ANYONE!

RETURNS
|
|
If you need to return a product, you must do so in 30
days of invoice date. There are some restrictions:

•
There are no returns of bulk herbs - if there
is a problem with what you receive, email us and
we will try to resolve it.
• Only one opened bottle of any one herbal
or supplement may be returned for credit.
• Other items may be returned if they are
in a new and UNUSED condition.
• You pay returned postage/freight on any
returns unless it is the result of our mistake.

stand behind our products and want you to be happy.
We will try to resolve all problems quickly. All sales
are final after 30 days.

SHIPPING
& HANDLING
|

Shipping
& Handling generally runs 10% of the total order
amount, before tax, with a minimum of $5.00. We presently
ship priority mail. Express mail is available for an
extra charge on a case-by-case basis. Occasionally S
& H will be more or less than the 10%, for instance
if you order a lot of inexpensive heavy things, it could
be more; if you order expensive light things, it could
be less - we'll let you know beforehand if yours is
an exception to the 10% rule. We try to use recycled
materials in most cases. Shipping outside the Continental
U.S. will be more, again on a case-by-case basis.
