Please be advised that we are NOT doctors, clairvoyants, there is not one best herb for any ailment and we cannot treat or diagnose, especially over the phone.

We don't really "make money" on Shipping & Handling charges and we try not to lose any either.

Generally S & H is an additional 10% of the total order amount, with a $5.00 minimum. We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless some other method (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail) is needed. Occasionally shipping is slightly more than 10% if we are shipping heavy items that don't cost much. Conversely, if you buy expensive, light things, we COULD charge you less than 10%. We'll let you know in those cases.

We try to used recycled boxes and packing material when possible to keep our and therefore your cost down. I could never figure out why a company would charge a Handling Charge. . . before I wanted to say, "don't handle it, just ship it." Now that the shoe is on the other foot, so to speak, I do understand. Take my word for it, your stuff NEEDS to be handled first.
